The STORY behind pdCaddie personal development cards
A group of friends shared a common interest in personal growth and self-improvement. They would spend hours discussing books, podcasts, and life experiences that helped them grow.
One evening, an idea sparked during one of their animated discussions … “wouldn't it be amazing if we could turn our personal growth discussions into a game? Something fun but also meaningful?” The idea took root quickly! The next few weeks they met regularly, surrounded by notebooks, laptops, and stacks of card prototypes.
They brainstormed, debated and came up with different categories and purposes for the cards, where through the success stories of popular and know personalities from all sorts of sectors and industries, they would help others overcome their personal and professional challenges. Help others become their own coach.
