Gonçalo started his journey more than 20 years ago when he decided to study People and Teams Management.
Throughout this 20-year ride, Gonçalo joined the corporate world, working for some of the largest multinational companies and managed innumerous individuals and teams in 3 continents and 8 different countries.

Gonçalo started his journey more than 20 years ago when he decided to study People and Teams Management.
Throughout this 20-year ride, Gonçalo joined the corporate world, working for some of the largest multinational companies and managed innumerous individuals and teams in 3 continents and 8 different countries.
He continued to grow himself obtaining other academic certifications, from Postgrad in Business, Master in Finance and an MBA in Switzerland.
After all these years there are a couple of things I have learned by myself and from others, most of the times we are just not in the mood to go out there and put ourselves in the uncomfortable position of learning or doing something different and challenging. Well, with the pdCaddie cards, I am asking you to just do it, regardless of how you are feeling.
